The first meeting of the Presidents of Russia and Guinea, Vladimir Putin and Alpha Condé, took place on the opening day of the St. Petersburg Forum 2016.
In his welcoming speech, Vladimir Putin spoke about the long-standing and reliable partnership between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Guinea. He noted the very positively developing relations between the two countries. He also noted the convergence of opinions on the situation in Africa and in the international arena.
